Ms. Diaz-Shafer founded the firm and leads its immigration litigation department. She is a graduate of Florida State University and Stetson University College of Law. While in law school, Ms. Diaz-Shafer served with distinction on Stetson’s nationally acclaimed Trial Team, as a Justice on the Honor Court, and as an Officer of the Hispanic Bar Association.
Ms. Diaz-Shafer understands the difficulties and challenges facing immigrants. She has personally advised thousands of individual clients on their rights and responsibilities under the law, and she is committed to pursuing every legal option to accomplish a client’s needs.
Ms. Diaz-Shafer is frequently asked by news media to shed light on the often confusing and ever-changing status of US immigration laws. She also presents lectures to companies and government associations of all sizes informing them of how immigration laws can affect their business. |

Ms. Diaz-Shafer is married and has a son. In her spare time, she enjoys music, reading and traveling. She is a former officer of the Central Florida Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
